Don was at the house within a hour to repair my well, before he started he doubled checked to make sure that was the problem. He had everything running in about two hours. Pleasure to work would hire again in a heartbeat if I have any other problems.

Called Don, he was at my door in a few hours- The very next day he changed out my bunk pump and my pressure came back like a champ. I don’t know #*@!&* about wells or pumps, and neither do you, it feels good knowing i didn’t get ripped off by the first guy i called, Don was about 6-700 cheaper than him and the professionalism was refreshing.

What a pleasure to meet Don! I was so worried that my well pump had stopped working. After some testing, Don found that the pump control itself was shot, even though I had that particular part replaced not too long ago; hence my “Pump Theory”! Don had called me at 7:05 this morning and was at my house at 8:10. Don was very polite and knowledgeable, and had a great down-to-earth attitude! The fee for Don’s service was very reasonable. When my well pump does go, I’ll be calling Don for that and any of my well related troubles

Don replaced my constant pressure well pump. He tried to salvage the existing pump but couldn’t. He made sure I had all the warranty information and he will fix it under warranty if it fails again. He explained everything he was doing and taught me about the pump. I feel more informed now. It was an expensive job replacing the entire pump and the control panel but I’m confident Don will be there if there are any problems in the future. He did a good job. He knew it was important to get the water running again so he came out on a Sunday evening and was back the next morning with all the parts.

Don responded to my inquiry within one minute of posting! He arrived within 90 min (on a Saturday) diagnosed and repaired the problem that day! Very impressed. Pleasant, polite, professional & prompt! I would recommend him highly 🙂
